How Validator Master is being designed to minimize data collection and make provider processing visible.
Public Draft — Product Design Notice
This page describes the intended privacy design for the public demo. It is not yet the final legal privacy policy and must be updated before production launch.
Public Demo Boundary
The public demo is intended only for non-sensitive conversational prompts. Do not submit personal, medical, legal, confidential, proprietary, financial, or identifying information.
Information Processed
The prompt entered by the visitor
The AI providers selected for evaluation
The responses returned by those providers
Technical metadata needed to complete the evaluation
Storage by Default
The public demo is being designed not to retain raw prompts or provider responses by default. Final production behavior, retention periods, and deletion procedures will be documented before launch.
AI Provider Processing
Prompts may be transmitted to the AI providers selected by the visitor. Each provider may process information under its own contractual and privacy terms. Validator Master will identify participating providers before submission.
Logs and Analytics
Routine logs and analytics should avoid recording prompt or response content. Technical information may be collected for security, reliability, abuse prevention, and performance monitoring.
Cookies
The first public version should use only essential cookies unless additional consent controls and disclosures are implemented.
Sensitive and Regulated Information
Validator Master is not currently intended for protected health information, attorney-client communications, court records, credentials, financial account information, or other regulated data.
Your Choices
Choose which available AI providers receive the prompt
Stop before submitting sensitive information
Request information about documented retention and deletion practices after launch
Future Updates
This notice will be replaced or expanded before public production launch to reflect the actual deployed infrastructure, providers, retention rules, subprocessors, contact process, and applicable legal requirements.
Do not rely on this draft as a contractual privacy policy.
